2024 REL16 - Release Notes

Overview
In our latest release, we introduced several enhancements to improve usability and functionality across the platform. The new user guide is now live, providing step-by-step instructions for key features. The admin UI has been refreshed with an updated navigation bar, modern button styling, and more updates planned for future releases. Item bank folders are now sorted alphabetically when moving items, and receipts have been updated to include the Japan tax registration ID. Candidate profiles now display candidate IDs, which are also available as report criteria. We've added a multi-select custom field type, offering greater flexibility, and launched our gaze analysis functionality for AI proctoring, with pilot outreach starting soon. Additionally, we've made progress on key Q4 initiatives, including duplicate account detection, completing the remaining candidate UI screens, and enabling two-way voice communication for online proctored exams.
