Overview
In this release, we advanced our integration with Caveon, showcasing the synergy between Caveon’s powerful item banking capabilities and our robust proctoring and platform features. Progress continues on the candidate UI updates, enhancing the user experience, and we’re preparing for a future enhancement enabling voice support during online proctored exams. Additionally, we are ready to pilot the next phase of our AI proctor assist, introducing eye gaze analysis. This feature asks candidates to calibrate their eye gaze, enabling more consistent proctoring by accurately identifying where candidates should be looking, reducing unnecessary alerts for eye movement. Admin UI enhancements were rolled out to improve the platform’s look and feel, and for item banking, we added the ability to retire and unretire items. Alongside these updates, we addressed several defects to ensure smoother platform functionality and a better experience for all users.
