2025 REL5 - Release Notes

Overview

In our REL5 release, we introduced several exciting enhancements to improve the candidate experience and support exam security. Two-way voice communication is now available, allowing our staff to verbally connect with candidates during their exam when needed for faster, more personal support. We also launched USB dual camera functionality, giving candidates the flexibility to use either a USB-connected device or their mobile phone as their secondary camera. Additionally, we introduced a new candidate affirmation message that displays a friendly good luck message before candidates begin their exam. This release also included other Webassessor enhancements and important defect fixes to further strengthen system performance and reliability.
