We’re excited to share our latest updates, delivering enhancements across candidate experience, AI capabilities, reporting, and platform flexibility.

Enhanced Candidate Experience

We’ve completed a major milestone in modernizing the candidate experience with a refreshed, more intuitive interface across key workflows.

This update will be rolled out gradually. Your Client Success Manager (CSM) will be in touch soon to coordinate enabling this experience in your region.

System Check Improvements

We’ve made significant enhancements to the system check experience to make it faster, clearer, and more user-friendly for candidates.

  • 70% faster system check flow
    Streamlined steps reduce the time it takes for candidates to get exam-ready.

  • Improved chat visibility and usability
    The chat icon has been redesigned into a more recognizable chat bubble, making it clear where candidates can go for help.

  • Consistent sizing and layout improvements
    Updated UI elements for better readability and a more polished experience across all screen sizes.

  • Simplified and more intuitive flow
    Reduced unnecessary interactions and improved guidance to help candidates move through the process with confidence.

Stripe Payment Integration

We’ve introduced support for Stripe as a payment processor.

  • Enables modern, flexible payment processing

  • Supports digital payment methods such as Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Object Tagging

We’ve introduced object tagging to help you better organize and manage your content across Webassessor.

  • Add tags to key objects
    Apply custom tags to exams, vouchers, and test forms to group and categorize them in a way that makes sense for your program.

  • Filter by tag
    Quickly locate specific content by filtering based on tags, reducing time spent searching through large datasets.

  • Assign by tag
    Streamline workflows by assigning test forms or managing content using tags instead of handling items individually.

  • Flexible organization
    Use tags for programs, regions, product lines, or any structure that fits your needs.

AI Item Writing - Document Upload

We’ve enhanced AI Item Writing to support document-based question generation.

  • Upload PDF documents to your media manager
    Easily store source materials such as study guides, policies, or reference content.

  • Reference documents during AI item creation
    Select uploaded PDFs when generating items using AI.

  • AI-generated questions based on your content
    The AI will use the material within your selected documents to create relevant test questions, answer options, and rationales.

Survey Enhancements

We’ve introduced greater flexibility in how surveys are delivered to candidates, including support for optional and mandatory surveys.

  • Optional and mandatory survey support
    Configure whether a survey is required or optional as part of the candidate experience.

  • Improved feedback collection
    Gather more meaningful insights from candidates at the right point in their journey.

  • CSM-enabled functionality
    Surveys must be enabled by your Client Success Manager (CSM).

    • If you are not currently using surveys, your CSM can help you get set up.
