Enhanced Candidate Experience
We’ve completed a major milestone in modernizing the candidate experience with a refreshed, more intuitive interface across key workflows.
This update will be rolled out gradually. Your Client Success Manager (CSM) will be in touch soon to coordinate enabling this experience in your region.
System Check Improvements
We’ve made significant enhancements to the system check experience to make it faster, clearer, and more user-friendly for candidates.

Object Tagging
We’ve introduced object tagging to help you better organize and manage your content across Webassessor.
Add tags to key objects
Apply custom tags to exams, vouchers, and test forms to group and categorize them in a way that makes sense for your program.Filter by tag

We’ve enhanced AI Item Writing to support document-based question generation.
Upload PDF documents to your media manager
Easily store source materials such as study guides, policies, or reference content.Reference documents during AI item creation
Select uploaded PDFs when generating items using AI.AI-generated questions based on your content
The AI will use the material within your selected documents to create relevant test questions, answer options, and rationales.
Survey Enhancements
We’ve introduced greater flexibility in how surveys are delivered to candidates, including support for optional and mandatory surveys.
