Media
Learn how to utilize and manage media for your exams.
Media Manager
You have the ability to add images and audio to your exam questions. Webassessor includes a media manager, where you can upload media files, keep them in one organized place inside of Webassessor, and access them when you need them.
The media is a filing system with folder-based organization. These folders can be restricted by permission, as determined by a site administrator, so you will only be able to view the files and folders you have access to according to your role.

NO SPACES ALLOWED in file or folder names. Instead, Kryterion recommends capitalizing each word of the file or folder name (ex: ThisIsASafeFileName.png).

Adding Folders
Secure Content Server - Lets site administrators, region administrators and assessment managers add a region-specific folder to this root directory. You cannot upload files directly to the secure content server. It must be added to a new or existing subfolder in the server.
The new folder name must match the name of a region listed in the Region Management screen.
The new folder name cannot duplicate an existing folder name.
Region-specific Subfolder in the Navigation Menu - creates a new user-defined subfolder
Region-specific Subfolder in the Current Directory - N/A
User-defined Subfolder in the Navigation Menu - creates a new user-defined subfolder one level below the selected folder
