Access to certain features is restricted based on role type in an effort to reduce item exposure and promote process integrity. Please see the member role description page for information on permissions.
Media Manager
You have the ability to add images and audio to your exam questions. Webassessor includes a media manager, where you can upload media files, keep them in one organized place inside of Webassessor, and access them when you need them.
The media manager is a filing system with folder-based organization. These folders can be restricted by permission, as determined by a site administrator, so you will only be able to view the files and folders you have access to according to your role.

The new folder name cannot duplicate an existing folder name.
