Partner Members

Learn how to create and manage member roles for your partners.

While a Partner is the entity, the partner members are the people from that entity you want to give limited Webassessor access to. Partner Members have the limited ability to view information on their assigned voucher batches and run reports for their assigned voucher batches. They do not have access to view or report on any other voucher batches you have unless you have specifically assigned it to that partner.

Access to certain features is restricted based on role type in an effort to reduce item exposure and promote process integrity. Please see the member role description page for information on permissions.

Creating a Partner Member Account

To give someone from your partner organization limited access to Webassessor, you must create an account for them in the Partner Members section. You should have a Partner created prior to creating Partner Member accounts. You will also need to finish creating the Partner Member account before you can assign it to the desired partner.

To get started, click New to begin creating a Partner Member account. You will need the following details to create their account:

  • Login*

  • Legal First Name*

  • Legal Last Name*

  • Email Address*

  • Primary Phone

  • Address 1*

  • Address 2

  • City*

  • Province/State*

  • Postal Code*

  • Country*

Here you can set their account as Active (default) or Inactive as well as leave any applicable notes on the account.

Assigning a Partner

Once you have finished creating the member account and have saved it, you will then have the ability to assign the account to a partner in the Partners tab.

The Partners tab has an Assign button as well as a table showing the following partner details:

  • Partner Name

  • Client

  • City

  • Province/State

  • Country

  • Postal Code

Clicking the Assign button will take you to the page shown below. Here you can add or remove partners that the Partner Member account will have access to.

Once saved, you will see any assigned partners in the information table on the Partners tab. These members will have access to only the voucher batches associated with the specific partner(s) they are assigned to.
